Refund policy

FRYLYC informs its service users that any product purchased through its digital media may be refunded in the following circumstances:


  • In the case of purchases for which a user has paid and for which FRYLYC has not shipped within 4 days due to inventory limitations, and the customer notifies that they no longer wish to wait for the shipment of their order.

 

  • In the case of purchases for which a user has paid and for which FRYLYC has notified them of a price change, and the buyer decides not to pay due to the notified increase, preferring not to continue with the purchase.

 

  • In the case of purchases of products for which the user must return the item within 14 days of receipt, it is understood that the item must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, along with any related accessories, and must not be used, washed, or damaged, and must still have its original tags attached.


For all purposes, the refund process is initiated in all cases provided that users notify us of their intention to refund and explain their reasons within one week by emailing: cambios@frylyc.com.
